THE LODGE ON WILLOW

The Lodge on Willow is an apartment community complex serving students at Illinois State University. EA Architecture & Design, Inc. worked side-by-side with the owners to develop a full-service living complex while maintaining a single building structure accommodating strict zoning regulations. The design team was integral in planning for the heavy-timber structure's integration into the architectural layout. EA Architecture & Design, Inc. also provided interior design, furniture procurement, and construction administration for the project. Flats and townhomes make up the 75 unit structure. On-site amenities include private parking, pool, hot tub and grilling patio, a clubhouse with billiards, resident study areas, and conference rooms.
